Why are my torrents not downloading

Someguy · 2y. If you are on utorrent there has been a thing called peer flooding which slows down download speed, thy are trying to patch it. True, torrents are free and there are no time delays but there are some disadvantages: 1. If there are only a few number of seeders, the download speed can be very slow. and by not seeing my own torrents I meant that I can't find them on the front page after upload or via the search bar at all, not when I log in and not as offline user with different IP and browser, I can see them only on my profile.
