Phones cant download files bigger than 4gb?

Thank you for your answer. I didn't know it was possible transfer a file bigger than 4Gb by ADB command. I will surely use that in the future, but it isn't a solution for my current problem. Files larger than 4GB can NOT be stored on a FAT32 volume. Formatting the flash drive as exFAT or NTFS will resolve this issue. WARNING: Backup your data.
