App box download not working

 · I have Added 26 Devices to my Adhoc Distribution Provisioning profile to access my app to download into their device. Link is working in 23 device to install but 2 iPhone devices is from Egypt and they are not able to download app using the link I given. Whenever they try to install app, just loading icon appears. I have the same problem. I was getting a message that a download was in progress, but there's no status bar. I never got the download. I tried a smaller, different file type; it said I need to contact my system admin (which is me).  · I have recently bought a Mxq TV box amlogic s quad core. It has kodi, mobdro showbox and Netflix pre loaded so all is good. The problem is when I want to install play store apps it says they are incompatible with device, these are simple apps like AccuWeather, Google clock, any radio app you name it. Can anyone give me any advice.
